    Motorola Edge 20 officially. It has a 108 Mpix camera, a periscope telephoto lens and 8K recording

    The new series includes the Motorola Edge 20 Pro, Edge 20 and Edge 20 Lite models. We'll look at the most powerful one first.

    Motorola Edge 20 Pro has the best camera in the series

    The manufacturer used:

    • 108 Mpix main camera with f / 1.8 aperture;
    • 8 Mpix camera with f / 3.4 telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and optical image stabilization;
    • 16 Mpix camera with f / 2.2 ultra wide angle lens and macro mode.

    Motorola reached for the ISOCELL HM2 matrix, known from phones such as Redmi Note 10 Pro if really 8 pro. It uses 9: 1 pixel joining technology, so by default it takes pictures in 12 Mpix.

    Motorola Edge 20 Pro is the first smartphone of this brand that can record 8K videos. There is also a super slow motion mode operating in 960 fps. In turn, the Audio Zoom function is responsible for recording a clearer sound.

    Motorola also used a periscope telephoto lens for the first time. This generates a 5x optical zoom and a maximum of 50x digital.

    The 6.7-inch OLED screen has a 1080p resolution, a 10-bit color palette and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The loudspeaker is monaural.

    The heart of Motorola Edge 20 Pro is the Snapdragon 870 with a 5G modem, aimed at smartphones from the higher mid-price range. The built-in 4500mAh battery supports 30W charging.

    Android 11 is only enriched with a handful of Motorola's proprietary solutions, the most important of which is Ready For. PC mode allows you to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse to the phone and use it like a computer.
